Lions of Hope
The Lions of Hope are all of the association’s activities related to sports, particularly soccer.
One of the major challenges in caring for street children is giving them the opportunity to play sports.
The goal is to allow children to exercise and have fun together while learning values such as respect, perseverance, and pushing themselves to excel!
Soccer is the most popular sport in Senegal and is a way of expressing culture and national pride. It is for this reason that it is particularly well suited to helping street children.
The Hand of Hope
The hand of hope represents the branch of activity concerning healthcare that will be provided to street children.
In very concrete terms, this will begin by providing the most simple care: wound care, referral for dental care, etc.
The aim is to collaborate with existing healthcare structures and centers, particularly in cases where more complex care is required.
Children living on the streets are deprived of social protection and, for the most part, do not have access to healthcare facilities.
