“sponsorship”
We are seeking funding to build our own infrastructure. The sports project includes the purchase of land in Dakar itself, 30 acres of which would be reserved for the soccer field. We are looking for a solid sponsor to finance this project, estimated to cost around €1.5 million.
We are particularly looking to a soccer club or professional player (or group of soccer players) who would like to work alongside Graine d’Espoir with street children.
Of course, we are open to any other type of “sponsorship” outside the sporting world, regardless of the amount.
Our project aims to be sustainable and self-financing in the future, with plans underway for micro-entrepreneurship that will enable both the funding of Graine d’Espoir and the apprenticeship of a trade for young people who have left the streets, facilitating their permanent reintegration into society.
Patronage sponsorship
Patronage sponsorship could be an advantageous option for companies, particularly in terms of taxation (it depends on the country legislation). For example, in France, unlike corporate sponsorship, donations made as part of a patronage sponsorship program are not subject to taxation. In addition, donors can claim a tax credit (60% for companies subject to corporate tax or income tax).
